We have a state regulatory agency that requires a searchable copy of our P&P with every state visit and policies change often enough that I have to create a new one each time that state certification visit rolls around. I know how to download the PDF backup, but that has all the policies separated by area and I still have to open and merge them all. Is there a way to simply get a download (1 document) of the current/active policies? I would also note that when we do the PDF Backup, we lose images in policies if they are “inserted” as attachments and 4 of our policies did not download with the rest during the PDF backup, which required looking for the missing policies and adding them manually. No idea why but a process that should take minutes ends up taking a few hours.
